So last September I embarked on my first P90X challenge of 90 days. I pretty much delved into it without doing to much research at first because I was anxious to try something new and I currently felt like I wasn't challenging myself with my workouts, rather I was just working out for the sake of it. So I completed it on Christmas Eve, I was happy that I had gotten myself into great shape and certainty a lot stronger than I currently was, before i didn't really have much upper body strength and could barely lift 3KG dumbbells, which doesn't sound like a lot. The only thing that let me down big time was my nutrition, I didn't really get that down until the third phase, so it goes to show that it is really important.
Time to bring it again..
Now the time has come to bring it and dig deep as Tony and Shaun T would say. I decided I wanted to start the journey all over again, but felt last time the P90X wasn't challenging enough cardio wise, so I'm adding Insanity to the mix to really challenge myself more.
I will be updating my workout progress, picture progress and anything else related on this blog, to motivate myself more and hopefully to motivate other people
